Shipping policy

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12pm Pacific  Time will ship the same day. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on carrier. ORDERS THAT ARE ALREADY PROCESSED CANNOT BE CANCELED.

PICK UP ORDERS: Curve side pick up is available during 10am-5pm M-F. Please note to provide confirmation email and prior to arriving for curve side pick up that you’ve received an email to confirm your order is ready for pick up
